Full Claim Investigation Service:
From your initial enquiry we will compile a thorough report using our comprehensive 16 page claim forms.
This includes a full claimant's statement, photographs and witness / section 58 evidence where applicable.
You will be able to fully assess the prospects of the case, and have all necessary evidence for a successful outcome within days - not weeks or months!
We can then arrange a return visit to complete any CFA documents and authorities.
  Site Inspections / Locus Reports:
Within 24 hours of your call we can obtain high quality digital photographs of the accident site or defect. - We understand the importance of gathering evidence before any changes or repairs take place.
Photo's can be printed, e-mailed, or supplied on archive CD for unlimited reprints; date stamped with any defects accurately measured for use in Court.
Sketch maps are provided with directions of travel and other defects clearly marked. If necessary we are also able to provide Ordnance Survey Site Plans centred on the accident site.
   
  Document Serving & Completion:
We will deliver and fully explain any CFA and LEI agreements to your client, providing the full "Rule 15" oral advice explanation and answering their questions in person. We assist the client to complete these, plus any medical or other authorities, and ensure they are returned to you promptly.
This service alone can save you countless time wasted on missed phone calls and chasing incorrectly completed documents. It also avoids clients worrying about complicated legal documents.
   
  Witness Tracing (and non-responding clients):
Combining our multi-database computer systems with our available manpower to simply "knock on doors", we are able to obtain "Section 58" and other witness evidence to support and strengthen a case.
We can also salvage good cases that have been closed through lack of response ( from clients who have forgotten to inform their solicitor after moving house or changing telephone number. )
 
Statement Taking:
Our agents can visit your clients and prepare a full statement of truth; supplied in MS Word or other format for easy insertion into your documents, or hand-written and signed.
